Job summary

NCAB Group in Bachenbülach, Switzerland seeks a Technical Support specialist to assist customers and sales colleagues, prepare quotes, and manage production data. You will collaborate with factories in Europe and Asia, handle engineering questions, and contribute to projects. German and English language skills are required; a technical/electronics background is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Providing technical support for customers and sales colleagues.
Preparing, tracking, and processing quotes.
Article maintenance and release in the CRM system.
Preparation of production data (drawings, customer specifications and Gerber data).
Processing internal and external engineering questions.
Collaborating with the factories in Europe and Asia.
Supporting in the clarification of technical complaints.
Collaborating in projects.
