Zusammenfassung

SuperProf in Valais, Switzerland, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive international sales of highly technical industrial equipment. The role focuses on building long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities across global markets.

You will work closely with engineering, R&D and customer service teams to tailor technical and commercial proposals, while travelling internationally about 30–50% of the time.

Qualifikationen

Native-level German
Fluent in English and French
Minimum 5 years of technical B2B sales experience
Technical education in mechanical/industrial engineering, automation or related field

Aufgaben

Promote and sell highly technical industrial equipment to international customers
Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers
Develop and implement effective prospecting, sales and negotiation strategies
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers
Convert opportunities into profitable and sustainable contracts
Maintain a strong international network of customers and partners
Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions
Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs
Collaborate with engineering, R&D and service teams throughout the sale process
Provide market and customer insights for new products and solutions
Represent the company at international trade fairs and industry events
