EY in Switzerland seeks a senior tax accounting professional to join the Tax Accounting & Risk Advisory Services. You will help optimize the business and legal structures of multinational clients in a globally connected, multidisciplinary team.

The role focuses on direct tax accounting, BEPS2.0 projects, and leading audits for international Groups. You will coach teams, manage budgets, and deliver value through process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years of experience in tax accounting, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong tax or audit background with IAS 12 and/or ASC 740 knowledge.
• Experience designing, executing, and supervising tax audit procedures for headquarters of multinational organizations.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large and complex spreadsheets.
• Fluency in English; French would be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Act as central point of contact – liaise with international clients and colleagues on direct tax accounting issues.
• Participate in tax audits of International Groups and single legal entities in Switzerland as part of the Primary Team.
• Contribute knowledge to BEPS2.0 projects.
• Lead clients on established accounts, identify process improvements in EY and client processes, and implement services for new clients.
• Manage account resourcing, budget, and delivery.
• Develop and coach the team including EY-Shared-Service-Center structures.
