EY in Zurich seeks a Manager for the Europe West ITTS team to lead Swiss and international tax advisory and transaction projects for multinational groups and SMEs.

You will advise on international tax planning, restructurings and cross-border financing, while managing client relationships and coaching junior professionals in a high-performing team. Fluent German and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; advanced tax qualification desirable.
• Several years of experience in Swiss and international taxation.
• Strong client focus, collaboration, and high-quality delivery.

Aufgaben

• Lead Swiss and international tax advisory and transaction projects for multinational groups, privately owned businesses and SMEs.
• Advise clients on international tax planning, restructurings, acquisitions, divestitures, financing structures, operating model transformations and R&D projects.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on complex cross-border tax matters.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the tax practice.
• Coach and develop junior team members in a collaborative environment.
• Work closely with EY teams across jurisdictions to deliver cross-border services.
