Job summary

Accelleron Industries AG in Baden, Switzerland, seeks a Supply Chain Strategy lead to develop and implement category strategies, optimize total cost, and improve logistics performance. You will report to the Global Category Manager Components and collaborate with Engineering and Design to ensure stable supply and timely product ramp‑up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Design, or related).
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in Value Chain or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement the Supply Chain Strategy for an assigned category.
• Achieve supply management targets related to quality, logistics and total cost.
• Integrate environmental aspects like CO2 footprint into category strategies.
• Review supply risks and implement mitigation actions for resilience.
• Manage supplier evaluation, qualification, development, pricing, and negotiations.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce lead times and optimize logistics.
• Support product ramp‑up, serial release and stable supply.
• Lead part relocation projects until first article inspection approval.
