The position is based in Raynham, MA or Zuchwil, CH, with up to 10% travel to support global execution and alignment with the product strategy roadmap.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; healthcare industry preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, planning and project management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead value stream projects and develop business cases.
• Ensure supply chain reliability, quality, and cost improvements.
• Manage projects per standard PM guidelines and milestones.
• Resolve issues related to reliability, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with external manufacturers and partners.
• Develop GP improvement roadmaps and cost efficiency plans.
