Job summary

IonQ Geneva site is seeking a Multi-Site Supply Chain Manager and MRP/ERP Specialist to join our Quantum Networking & Security Operations Team. You will lead demand planning and inventory strategies across sites to align manufacturing, procurement and finance.

The role requires coordinating forecasts, optimizing inventory targets, and driving SIOP processes with a lean, data-driven mindset across international sites, with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Experience with SIOP processes and demand planning.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across manufacturing, procurement and finance.
• Experience leading cross-site teams in a global context.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and validate sales forecasts for planning across sites.
• Translate demand into capacity and material plans balancing service and cost.
• Lead demand and supply reviews and mitigate gaps with senior leadership.
• Coordinate with procurement on lead times, risks, and constraints.
• Define and optimize inventory targets in line with SIOP objectives.
• Monitor KPIs: OTD, inventory turns, lead times.
