Job summary

DuPont seeks a Global Adhesive Engineering & Digital Transformation Leader to define and execute the engineering strategy for automotive structural adhesives, overseeing global teams and driving a multi-year digital transformation leveraging AI/ML and data-driven engineering. Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MS with significant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global technical authority for structural adhesives and vehicle structure performance.
• Define engineering strategy across automotive adhesives portfolio and capabilities.
• Lead advanced CAE/simulation, including material modeling and validation.
• Drive digital transformation with AI/ML and data-driven engineering across the org.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing global engineering team across regions.
