Zusammenfassung

Neural Concept is seeking a Senior CAE and AI Expert to own simulation workflows and benchmarks across automotive and consumer electronics durability. You will develop production-grade templates, automate tooling in Python, and hand assets over to Sales and Customer Success, accelerating the full simulation pipeline.

You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize real-world use cases, driving the roadmap while ensuring reproducible, scalable workflows on our platform.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years hands-on FEA simulation experience in automotive or electronics environments.
• Deep expertise in leading mechanical pre-solve/post tools (ABAQUS, LS-Dyna, Radioss, Hypermesh, Simlab, ANSA).
• Strong command of nonlinear structural simulation: implicit/explicit, contact, material models, failure criteria.

Aufgaben

• Own vertical solution assets end-to-end.
• Design and develop simulation workflows, validation benchmarks, and templates for automotive structural analysis and electronics durability.
• Take assets from concept through to handover to Sales and Customer Success.
• Accelerate the full simulation pipeline.
• Map the complete cycle – design change, automated meshing, solver configuration, job execution, and design optimisation – onto Neural Concept's platform.
• Define accuracy and speed requirements, validate against benchmark data, and deliver repeatable, production-grade workflows.
• Write Python automation and tooling.
• Script data preprocessing, solution packaging, and workflow integration.
• Maintain solution reproducibility standards and contribute to internal tooling libraries.
• Drive the product roadmap from the field.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to surface simulation-specific platform requirements and feed real-world use cases into development priorities.
