Job summary

Robert Bosch AG, Solothurn region, seeks a Method & Process Engineer - CAD and Digital Engineering to drive global CAD strategy and automation. You will lead the CAD Excellence program, implement AI-enhanced processes, and coach engineers in CAD, simulation, and related tools.

You will collaborate across teams, validate knowledge, and contribute to new standards while working in a flexible, innovative environment with potential home-office options.

Qualifications

• Technical background in mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the global CAD Excellence Program and corporate-wide CAD usage.
• Automate CAD processes and drive continuous improvement with AI and modern procedures.
• Design, organize and oversee regular training on CAD, simulation and AI for engineers.
• Promote knowledge transfer by sharing information within teams and with partners.
• Represent the business unit in higher-level CAD and simulation working groups and help create new standards.
