Key focus areas include developing sponsorship strategies, securing partners, managing relationships, and overseeing activation at events. English fluency required; pharma/life sciences experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Around 3-7 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, business development, events, or account management.
• Experience with the pharma/lifescience sector is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to generate revenue through commercial partnerships or sponsorship programmes.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with corporate partners, exhibitors, or key accounts.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong commercial mindset with a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English is required; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for event delivery.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute sponsorship and partnership strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
• Identify, approach, and secure new sponsors and commercial partners.
• Manage key partner relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure commercial terms are effectively managed.
• Create and refine sponsorship packages, exhibitor offerings, and activation opportunities.
• Coordinate sponsor participation for conferences, events, and industry programmes.
• Oversee exhibitor management, floor planning, and sponsorship logistics in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure contracted benefits are delivered and maintain high levels of partner satisfaction.
• Monitor sponsorship pipeline performance, forecasting, and revenue reporting.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, events, finance, and leadership teams.
• Support continuous improvement of partnership processes and commercial operations.
