Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of international experience within sourcing, procurement, commercial, or operations in a multinational environment (pharmaceutical, agricultural, or chemical sectors).
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (Portuguese & Spanish) are an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to prioritize and self-direct.

Aufgaben

• Support development and execution of subcategory strategies with category leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct cost-analysis with finance to identify savings against targets.
• Identify, contract, and manage strategic relationships for operations and capex.
• Manage partnerships with manufacturing, supply chain and manufacturing technology.
• Develop and execute subcategory sourcing strategies (RFI/RFP/RFQ/scorecard).
• Negotiate supplier contracts using FMC templates and procedures.
• Ensure timely resolution of contractual variations with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Share best practices and modernize processes across FMC.
