5+ years in-depth strategic and operational sourcing experience with a solid working knowledge of global category management.
Knowledge about category sourcing markets and Best Cost Country sourcing.
Strong analytical skills and ability to drive cost reductions and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for Raw Material & Surface Treatment categories.
Partner with Business Units, Engineering, and Operations to align sourcing activities with company needs.
Sustain the Global Strategic Sourcing Operating Model and enable best-cost supply for future business needs.
Conduct aligned supplier assessments, development, and regulatory-compliant supply base footprint management.
Lead cross-functional sourcing boards and monitor category performance against QCD KPIs.
