Job summary
VAT Group in Haag, Switzerland, seeks a GSE Product Manager for Global Services to own the product portfolio through its lifecycle, drive market introductions, and guide international customers in translating needs into competitive solutions.
The role requires a Bachelor/Master in sciences/engineering (or economics/marketing) and proven product-management experience in a high-tech international setting with fluent business English.
Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master's degree in sciences / engineering or equivalent education.
- Additional degree in economics and / or marketing or proven commercial track record.
- Experience in product management in a high-tech international environment, preferably vacuum.
- Fluent business English (written and spoken).
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; build customer trust and loyalty.
- Ability to translate market requirements into growth strategies with execution plans.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Supporting sales & service organization with regards to all technical, commercial & operational aspects
- Developing service product & customer strategies based on market and competitive intelligence
- Deriving business plans from the growth strategy and directing market introduction plans
- Identify customer technical roadmaps and drive corresponding product development (spare parts, repair programs, upgrades & retrofits)
- Managing sales and profitability targets for the dedicated product families, as well as for assigned customers / key accounts and the regions
