Job summary

Medartis, based in Basel, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Senior Global Product Manager for its CMF portfolio. You will own the global product segment lifecycle, drive strategy, and lead international launches while closely coordinating with Product Development, Engineering, QM/RA, Production, Logistics, Marketing, and Sales.

Regularly engage surgeons and key opinion leaders to align market needs with development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management in the medical device industry
• Experience in an international environment
• Good understanding of the medical device market and regulatory requirements
• Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to drive product development and launches
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a global CMF product segment and develop its strategy and portfolio across the lifecycle
• Lead product development projects with budgets and timelines
• Develop new products and enhance existing solutions with cross-functional teams
• Coordinate international product launches and provide product knowledge training
• Monitor market trends and translate insights into strategy and development
• Build international network with surgeons and key opinion leaders
• Gather market feedback post-launch and initiate product improvements and changes
