Zusammenfassung

HARTING Technology Group seeks a senior leader to develop and execute its global Supply Chain and Footprint Strategy in Switzerland. The role aligns priorities with growth and market needs, across regions and functions, driving transformational programs and optimizing capacity and footprint to support sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in SCM or related field, several years of leadership experience in a multinational settings, and proven ability to implement

Develop and execute HARTING’s global Supply Chain and Footprint Strategy.
Align supply chain priorities with business growth, market requirements, and operational excellence goals.
Drive organizational, process, and network transformation across regions and functions.
Lead strategic performance, capacity, and footprint optimization initiatives.
Ensure sustainable growth through effective risk, investment, and capacity management.
Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
