Job summary

Givaudan in Switzerland or Cincinnati seeks a Global Innovation Savory Flavorist to lead long-term flavor development initiatives. You will manage projects, evaluate new ingredients, and deploy scalable flavor technologies worldwide.

Reporting to a Principal Flavorist, you will collaborate with FC&A flavorists, regional teams, and apply digital tools for data-driven decision making while ensuring regulatory compliance and industrialization potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry or Biology required; higher education helpful.
• Six+ years of experience as a flavorist after completing a Flavorist Trainee Program or equivalent.
• Experience on innovation/R&D projects with exposure to multiple regions or segments.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation, testing and optimization of flavor and taste technologies with global potential.
• Integrate digital tools into flavor creation and data-driven decision making; support technology transfer.
• Collaborate with FC&A flavorists and regional teams to ensure successful project execution and knowledge sharing.
