Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field preferred.
• Professional Insurance or Risk Management certifications (e.g., ARM, CPCU, ACII) are desirable.
• 2–5 years of experience in insurance, risk management, finance, audit, or related analytical role.

Aufgaben

• Support the administration and renewal of global and local insurance programs, ensuring policy information is accurate and maintained.
• Collect and analyze insurance data including claims data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Prepare and issue insurance and risk related reporting.
• Coordinate insurance claims management activities, including notification and documentation.
• Collect, analyze and ensure high-quality insurance data including asset and construction elements.
• Support policy documentation, certificates of insurance, and records for audits.
• Prepare insurance and risk management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.
• Assist in evaluating insurance coverage, policy wording, and renewal proposals.
• Coordinate internal risk management initiatives and process improvements.
• Design processes, procedures, and training materials with subject matter experts.
