The role focuses on policy renewals, claims coordination, data-driven risk reporting, and governance for an international portfolio. English required; German/French an asset.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Proven knowledge of insurance programs, risk management concepts, and governance requirements.
• Experience with claims management, renewals, and data analysis of insurance data.

Aufgaben

• Support the administration and renewal of global and local insurance programs, ensuring policy information is accurate and maintained.
• Collect and analyze insurance data including claims data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Coordinate insurance claims management activities, including claim notification, documentation, tracking, and communication with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare insurance and risk management reports, dashboards, presentations, and key performance indicators for management review.
• Assist in evaluating coverage, policy wording, and renewal proposals to optimize coverage and cost efficiency.
• Maintain policy documentation, certificates of insurance, premium invoices and records for audits.
