Zusammenfassung

VAT Group in Haag, Switzerland, seeks a Quality Manager – Global Account / Key Account to lead the Global Account Product Quality Engineers and coordinate with Product Management, Key Account teams, and global stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, quality performance, and a zero-defect culture.

You will be the single point of contact for a major global customer on quality topics, manage escalations, define objectives, and own the customer scorecard while aligning with ISO/IATF standards

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Quality/Engineering.
• 5+ years of quality management with direct customer interaction.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry and Copy Exact processes.
• Knowledge of ISO and IATF standards and requirements.
• Auditor qualification or auditing experience.
• Strong escalation, conflict management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Lead Global/Key Account Product Quality Engineers.
• Interface with customers on quality topics, requirements, and escalations.
• Ensure product quality in the market and meet customer quality expectations.
• Manage quality escalations and corrective actions.
• Define, manage and track annual customer-specific quality objectives.
• Own the customer scorecard and related communications.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and global teams.
• Support customer visits and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement toward zero-defect culture.
