Job summary

Pictet Group, Geneva, is seeking a Head of PWM Risk & Compliance Market Access to lead cross-border market access risk management, governance and reporting. You will guide Front teams, oversee global coverage, and interact with PWM governance bodies.

The role requires expert regulatory/legal knowledge, strong leadership, and fluency in French and English; Swiss residency or relocation is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in wealth management with cross-border experience.
• Proven track record in defining and maintaining control frameworks.
• Strong regulatory and legal expertise across cross-border activities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market access trends and related risks.
• Oversee implementation of market coverage globally.
• Anticipate regulatory developments affecting client services.
• Interpret cross-border rules and brief Front Office and PWM governance.
• Define marketing and events framework with Marketing.
• Define framework for intermediaries.
• Monitor staff trading compliance within PWM.
• Answer questions on US SEC rules with US Legal Expertise team.
• Advise on risk management and controls for market access.
• Ensure structured reporting on market access topics.
• Represent PWM in committees and working groups.
• Lead PWM Market Access team to maximize impact.
