Job summary

ITech Consult AG in Zug, Switzerland seeks an experienced project manager to lead cross-functional, regulated product development efforts. You will establish structured plans, manage budgets and timelines, and drive risk and quality across the program.

Working in a hybrid environment, you will coach agile teams, implement PM processes (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Scrum), and act as a trusted advisor for stakeholders. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or basic vocational training is required.
Minimum 5 years of cross-functional global project management experience in regulated environments.
Experience with Waterfall, Agile, SAFe and Scrum methodologies.
Proficient with IT project management tools: Google, Jira, Trello, Lucidboard.
Fluent English; German is a plus.
Curious, structured, strong communication, analytical thinking, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Project Implementation: Sets up and leads structures for product development and product care, including scoping, communication, timelines, resources, budgets, progress, and cost control.
Project management execution: Implements PM processes, guides milestone and capacity reviews, may lead improvement initiatives, coaches teams in agile practices.
Goal Setting and Advisory: Establishes, measures, and reports KPIs, OKRs or OBPs to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness; acts as trusted advisor.
Risk Management and Information Support: Identifies project risks and potential impacts on budget, timeline, and scope; addresses gaps and communicates with stakeholders.
Collaboration and Coaching: Works with leads/partners to optimize delivery; coaches team members and contributes to learning.
