Job summary

Coopers Group is seeking a seasoned global project manager with 5+ years in regulated industries (MedTech, Pharma, Diagnostics) to lead development and lifecycle initiatives from scoping through budgets. This role demands cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and quality teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will implement PM processes, set KPIs/OKRs, manage risk, and coach teams in Waterfall, Agile and SAFe. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or basic vocational training.
Minimum 5 years cross-functional global PM experience in regulated environments.
Experience with Waterfall, Agile, SAFe and Scrum.
Proficient IT PM tools: Google, Jira, Trello, Lucidboard.
Fluent English; German is a plus.
Strong communication, analytical thinking and result-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Sets up and leads product development and care structures with scope, timelines, budgets and cost control.
Implements PM processes, guides milestone reviews and capacity planning.
Defines KPIs/OKRs and advises on holistic planning and risk management.
Identifies risks, bottlenecks and communicates issues to stakeholders.
Collaborates with leads and coaches team members to improve delivery.
