Swiss Education Group's Swiss Education Academy is seeking a proactive Program Coordinator Intern for a 6‑month role starting October 2026 in Montreux (VD). You will help prepare and deliver international programs, coordinating participants, colleagues, and partners from different countries.

This is a hands‑on internship, not a spectator role. You will handle logistics, communications, and increasingly independent tasks while staying adaptable to shifting priorities and upholding high standards

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Legal authorization to work in Switzerland and driving licence an asset.

Aufgaben

• Program preparation and logistics, including administrative coordination.
• From planning through execution and practical problem-solving.
• Communication with participants, partners, and internal stakeholders.
