Job summary

Sécheron Hasler Group invites an ambitious Product Marketing Manager to drive the Go-to-Market strategy for the Electrical Safety Solutions BU. You will translate BU strategy into impactful campaigns and enable a global sales network with compelling product messaging.

The role requires a technical electrical engineering background, 10+ years in industrial B2B marketing/sales, and fluency in English with French/German desirable. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Switzerland.

Qualifications

Technical degree in electrical engineering and further product marketing education required.
10+ years international B2B sales/marketing experience preferred.
Fluent English required; French and German desirable.
Strong project management, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Business Unit in line with growth plans.
Create promotional materials and support worldwide sales with go-to-market execution.
Coordinate trade shows, fairs and marketing activities with cross-functional teams.
Prepare product economics analyses and align with sales leadership.
