Job summary

Sécheron Hasler Group, a global leader in railway and industrial electrification systems, seeks an experienced Senior Product Marketing & Exhibitions Specialist for the ESS unit. You will translate priorities into clear marketing messages, sales tools, product training and customer‑facing content, collaborating with the Business Development Manager and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Further education in industrial product marketing
• Degree in marketing, communications, business or a technical field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Ability to understand electronic products and translate technical information into clear customer-facing content.
• Solid experience in marketing communications, product marketing or sales enablement in an international industrial B2B environment.
• Experience creating marketing materials for technical products and collaborating with Sales, Product Management or Engineering teams.
• Experience coordinating projects and stakeholders across different countries or functions.
• Experience in product marketing, marketing communications or sales enablement for technical products.
• Good knowledge of high voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy or e-mobility sectors.
• Interest and ability to understand DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs.
• Excellent project management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear marketing messages and customer benefits.
• Proven ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems.
• Experienced to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS-Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing communication plans based on ESS priorities with the Business Development Manager and Product Line Managers.
• Coordinate product launch plans; prepare marketing materials, training and communication activities.
• Create marketing and sales materials: brochures, presentations, videos and website content.
• Gather market and competitor information; craft customer messages and sales enablement content.
• Develop product training materials with Product Line Managers and support worldwide Sales training.
• Maintain product documentation for intranet and corporate use.
• Plan and coordinate annual ESS exhibitions and trade shows with cross‑unit teams.
• Create marketing concepts, campaigns and exhibition experiences aligned with ESS priorities.
• Contribute to ESS strategy reviews with KPIs and communication plans.
• Support continuous improvement of ESS sales enablement tools and materials.
