JOB PURPOSE

Dynamic navigation and guided surgery are strategic priorities for Straumann, offering precise implant placement, improved efficiency, enhanced patient safety, and predictable restorative workflows. Investing in these technologies is vital to drive innovation and strengthen our leadership in the dental implant market.

The role supports the surgical solutions team in driving product innovation from conception to launch within our Global Product Management SDIS (Straumann Dental Implant Systems) team.

The goal is to develop new products and solutions to expand our Dynamic Navigation and Guided Surgery portfolio, increase market share, and reach new markets.

This position requires a thorough understanding of customer workflows to identify needs and translate them into new products and solutions.

The role reports to the Head of Surgical Solutions SDIS.

Responsibilities:

1. Support product launch in collaboration with the Growth Lead.
2. Provide local teams with product knowledge and training materials.
3. Assist in creating marketing collateral and campaigns.
4. Conduct sales and financial analysis to monitor performance across countries.
5. Support product development in collaboration with the Development Project Manager.
6. Document product specifications, features, and functionalities tailored to dental professionals and patients.
7. Perform market research, Voice of Customer (VoC), and Voice of Market (VoM) analyses with relevant stakeholders to identify customer needs, clinical advancements, and technological trends in dynamic navigation and guided surgery for dental implantology.
8. Assist in managing the product lifecycle.
9. Coordinate with Business Units, HQ functions, solutions management, T&E, and marketing teams.
