Key Responsibilities

Shape the Product Portfolio

• Own and maintain a best-in-class product portfolio, ensuring differentiation through a compelling value proposition.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders in Marketing, Technical, and Regulatory to align product strategies with market trends.
  
  

Define and Execute Strategy

• Develop and implement the global category strategy, leveraging deep market knowledge and technical expertise.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive execution, innovation, and success.
  
  

Deliver Profitable Growth

• Optimize the end-to-end value chain, ensuring quality, reliability, and profitability.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Controlling to achieve revenue growth and operational excellence.
  
  

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• BS/MS in Business, Food Science, or Chemical Engineering (MBA is a plus).
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
