Position Overview

We are seeking a Global Product Manager for our Services Tech Unit within the SI Building Business Unit. This role can be based in Zug, Switzerland.

The Role

You will lead the digital transformation of Smart Infrastructure Building Services, focusing on digitalization and service optimization. Your responsibilities include defining customer-centric products, managing roadmaps, and prioritizing backlogs based on market and user insights. You will ensure seamless service experiences and collaborate globally to shape strategy and execution. Reporting to the Head of Product – Digital Customer Experience, you will work with strategic portfolio teams and engage with stakeholders across our global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. End-to-end ownership of digital customer experience products, such as self-service portals and digital service logbooks.
  2. Define and communicate product vision, shaping roadmaps based on customer needs and market opportunities.
  3. Lead product development in an agile environment, delivering value continuously.
  4. Act as the voice of the customer, translating expectations into solutions.
  5. Gather requirements from global and regional stakeholders and benchmark against market trends.
  6. Ensure integration and consistency across Siemens' digital ecosystem.
  7. Manage the product lifecycle from strategy to continuous improvement.
  8. Use data and KPIs to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience

We seek a proactive, solution-focused team player with proven product management experience, a strong drive for innovation, and problem-solving skills. You should be highly tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging technology.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Business degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably with international IT or digital transformation projects.
  • Experience or familiarity with Building Technologies (e.g., Fire Safety, Automation, Security) is advantageous.
  • Strong digital mindset, user-centered design focus, and understanding of core technologies and solution architecture.
  • Knowledge of agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban.
  • Ability to articulate product features clearly and effectively.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently with a focus on outcomes.
  • Excellent influencing skills across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English.
