Job Purpose
Dynamic navigation and guided surgery are strategic priorities for Straumann because they offer precise implant placement, improved efficiency, enhanced patient safety, and a predictable restorative workflow. Investing to continually advance these technologies is crucial to spearhead innovation and reinforce Straumann leadership in the dental implant market.
The role holder is responsible to support the surgical solution team to drive product innovation from conception to launch as part of our Global Product Management SDIS (Straumann Dental Implant Systems) team.
The overall goal is to ensure the development of new products and solutions that will fuel Straumann Dynamic Navigation and Guided Surgery portfolio, to increase the addressable market and gain market shares.
This role requires a thorough understanding of the customer’s workflows, to identify their needs and translate them into new products and solutions.
This position will report to the Head of Surgical Solutions SDIS.
Responsibilities
- Support product launch in collaboration with the Growth Lead
- Provide local organization teams with product knowledge and training materials
- Support creation of marketing collateral, campaigns.
- Execute sales and FC analysis to follow up with countries
- Support product development in collaboration with the Development PM
- Document product specifications, features, and functionality that meet the specific needs of dental professionals and patients.
- Conduct in-depth market research, VoC, VOM with collaboration of with relevant stakeholders, to identify customer needs, clinical advancements, and technological trends in the field dynamic navigation and guided surgery for dental implantology.
- Support product life cycle management.
- Collaborate and align with BUs, HQ functions, solutions management, T&E, marketing etc.
