Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Global Product Group Communications Lead within its Service BU to shape how the portfolio is positioned and communicated.

You will translate complex technologies and priorities into compelling narratives, strengthening value propositions and guiding a more integrated service organization. You will lead and align global communications across regions, partnering with senior leaders and product teams to deliver high-impact content for new offerings and portfolio

Formación

• 10–15+ years of experience in corporate, business unit, product, portfolio, or solution communications within a global environment.
• Experience in energy, industrial, technology, infrastructure sectors with ability to communicate complex offerings.
• Strong business acumen linking communications to strategy, growth and transformation.
• Proven ability to develop messaging, value propositions, and content supporting business objectives.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling, with ability to simplify topics for varied audiences.
• Strategic yet hands-on mindset with project management skills to handle complexity and shifting priorities.
• Confident, collaborative communicator with credibility at senior leadership level across cultures/time zones.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Drive consistent positioning, messaging, and storytelling across the global Service portfolio, including High Voltage Service, Transformer Service, Grid Connection Service, digital and AI solutions such as HMAX Energy, and Service House offerings.
• Translate complex business, technology, and industry topics into clear, audience-focused narratives and compelling content.
• Develop differentiated messaging and value propositions that strengthen the positioning of the Service Business Unit and its portfolio.
• Shape communications for new service offerings, digital solutions, portfolio enhancements, and future innovations.
• Lead communications for the One Global Product Group, creating a unified narrative while preserving the distinctive strengths and expertise of individual portfolio areas.
• Act as a trusted communications partner to senior business leaders, product teams, and subject‑matter experts across the organization.
• Manage multiple global communication initiatives in parallel, collaborating across regions and functions to ensure alignment, quality, and timely execution.
