Job summary

Beyond Gravity, a Zurich-based leader in space systems, seeks an experienced Indirect Procurement Leader to shape global category strategies in Corporate & Engineering Services, Travel, and Contingent Workforce. You will analyze spend, engage suppliers, and negotiate terms with cross-functional teams across our international sites.

The role requires 5–8+ years in indirect procurement, fluency in English and German, and experience with governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in indirect procurement in international settings.
• Experience sourcing complex services and managing Corporate/Engineering/Travel/Contingent Workforce categories.
• Strong negotiation, tendering and contract lifecycle management skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Knowledge of governance, P2P processes and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category strategies for Corporate & Engineering Services, Travel, Contingent Workforce and other indirect categories.
• Analyze spend, demand, supplier markets, benchmarks and business requirements to identify savings and risk reductions.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFIs/RFPs, bid evaluations and negotiations.
• Negotiate terms, pricing models, and framework agreements with Legal, Finance and stakeholders.
• Govern engagement of consultants, contractors, interim managers, staffing agencies and other providers, ensuring policy compliance.
• Manage strategic suppliers with KPIs, SLAs and regular performance reviews; drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with global functions to align procurement strategies with budgets and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approvals, contract requirements, P2P and information security.
