Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (>5yrs) in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, Site/External Planning, or related areas.
• Experience leading process improvement, business transformation, or global capability-building initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes and operating models.
• Experience working in complex global organizations.
• Proven ability to influence partners and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Supply Planning Process Reliability Standards, Governance and Tools.
• Define and evolve global Planning standards in alignment with Global Process Managers and governance frameworks.
• Lead process transformation and technology implementation initiatives.
• Maintain planning playbooks, process/tool documentation, and training materials.
• Build global communities of practice to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Digital, Data Science, AI and Tech teams to define future planning capabilities.
