Zusammenfassung

HarbourVest, based in our Zurich office, seeks an Associate to support the Global Private Wealth - Investor Relations team in fundraising across the DACH region. You will help manage the pipeline, respond to investor requests, and analyze markets to grow the liquidity and reach of HarbourVest products among private banks, asset managers, and multi-family offices.

The role requires 3+ years in asset management or private markets fundraising, English fluency with German and/or French a bonus, and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Master's degree is a bonus and CFA/CAIA is a plus.
• Min 3 years in asset management and/or private markets fundraising or product roles.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with client-facing ambition.

Aufgaben

• Support senior sales in the DACH Wealth team across fundraising cycle stages.
• Manage pipeline, client questionnaires, presentations and due diligence meetings.
• Coordinate investor queries and due diligence responses.
• Perform market and competitor analysis to improve Switzerland/Germany/Austria penetration.
• Collaborate with Wealth Product Management and Client Services teams to win and service clients.
