Zusammenfassung

HarbourVest Partners in Zurich seeks an Associate to support the Global Private Wealth – Investor Relations Team in fundraising and client development across the DACH region.

The role requires experience in asset management or private markets fundraising, fluency in English, and German and/or French as a plus. A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar field.
• Master's degree is a bonus.
• CFA or CAIA is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support senior salespersons in the DACH Wealth team across the fundraising cycle.
• Handle investor due diligence requests and coordinate investor queries.
• Manage client segmentation and competitor analysis to improve market penetration in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track new product launches.
• Collaborate with Wealth Product Management, Client Services, and other firm-wide teams to win new clients and service existing ones.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurship and independence from an early stage.
