HarbourVest Zurich is seeking an Associate to join the Global Private Wealth – Investor Relations Team. You will support wealth business development and fundraising across the DACH region, collaborating with global teams to service a broad client base.

The role requires 3+ years in asset management or private markets distribution, English fluency with German or French as a plus, strong analytics, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in asset management or private markets fundraising roles.
• Fluent English; German and/or French language skills a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Support senior salespersons across fundraising cycle, manage pipeline and investor engagements.
• Handle investor due diligence requests and coordinate investor queries.
• Manage client segmentation and competitor analysis to improve market penetration in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
• Collaborate with Wealth Product Management and Client Services teams to win and service clients.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurship and independence from an early stage.
