On is seeking a Head of Global Pricing to lead end-to-end pricing strategy across product franchises, regions and channels. You will shape a centralized, premium pricing model to protect brand equity and maximize long-term gross margins.

You will manage a 5-FTE team across Strategic Category Pricing, Regional Pricing and Commercial Pricing Operations & Data Analytics, partnering with Product Strategy, Finance and Merchandising from Zürich HQ.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Global Pricing, Revenue Management or related field.
• Experience with value-based pricing and premium brands.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional pricing teams and governance.
