Job summary

Julius Baer Group in Zurich seeks a professional to join the Consolidated Supervision team within Non-Financial Risk Control. You will oversee Global Minimum Standards and Controls, shaping policy management and internal controls across Switzerland and international locations.

Successful candidates bring strong risk management experience, independent working style, and excellent analytical skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent education in Economics, Business Administration, Banking or Finance.
• Professional experience in Front Risk Management, Business Support, Compliance, Legal or Audit.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must requirement.
• Proficient user in MS Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on the Policy Management Framework and Internal Control Framework as well as the Policy Management and Internal Control tools to stakeholders in Switzerland and in international locations for the implementation of relevant local policies and controls and the reporting of control results.
• Consolidate input from international locations regarding Global Minimum Standards (GMS) and Global Minimum Control (GMC) applicability, implementation, and results for presentation to relevant committees, key stakeholders, Risk Type Owners, and Senior Management.
• Drive regular policy and control-related processes (e.g., policy reviews, GMC reviews).
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of the policy management and internal control system (including drafting business requirements, participating in testing activities, and conducting user training).
• Manage the GMS and GMC deviation and non-applicability workflow tool and associated processes.
• Support the rollout and implementation of GMS and GMCs in newly established or acquired entities of the Group.
