Zusammenfassung

BÜHLMANN Laboratories AG is seeking a Project Coordinator (m/f/d) 100% to support the PMO and project teams in planning, tracking, and delivering strategic initiatives. The role reports to the Head of PMO and focuses on coordination, governance, and timely information flow.

In this position you will organize meetings, maintain dashboards, and ensure documentation and action-tracking are up to date. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus, and experience in regulated life sciences

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Project Management certification is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating PMO activities in regulated environments is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution of project activities.
• Organize meetings, workshops, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow-up items.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, dashboards, and reports.
• Consolidate updates and support portfolio reporting and reviews.
• Maintain resource and capacity planning data across projects.
