Job summary

Avaloq in Switzerland is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex client implementation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver Avaloq's BPaaS and SaaS solutions on time and within budget.

You will manage planning, execution, budgets, stakeholder alignment up to Steering Committee, and coach client teams to adopt Avaloq's Banking Reference. The role offers hybrid work across Avaloq offices with an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Overall project leader for large-scale projects, preferably involving standard software implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Project Management certification from a recognized accrediting body
• Knowledge of the banking industry and bank-related processes
• Strong negotiation skills with stakeholders up to Steering Committee level
• Leadership experience in interdisciplinary and multicultural teams
• Persistent, assertive, and resilient with good prioritization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of change-the-bank projects for Avaloq's major global banking clients.
• Prepare project budgets and commercial offers in collaboration with Solution Architects/Consultants and Key Account Managers.
• Achieve defined project objectives including scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
• Consult and coach customer project managers and teams to leverage best practices.
• Lead projects concurrently while supporting pre-sales activities and proposals.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
