Medison Pharma Ltd. is hiring a Global Planning Director to drive best‑in‑class planning processes, ensure product availability, and optimize inventory and working capital.

You will lead a team of Global Planning Managers and partner with Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, and external partners to enable sustainable growth and operational excellence. As a key member of the Global Technical Operations Leadership Team, you will oversee the global S&OP framework, align demand and supply

Competenze

• 12+ years in Supply Chain Planning or related fields.
• 5+ years in leadership roles leading teams.
• Experience with global planning across regions.
• Experience with product launches in pharma/biotech contexts.

• Define and execute Medison's global planning vision, processes, and governance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing global planning team.

• Ensure supply continuity across all products, markets, and commercial launches.
• Optimize inventory levels while maintaining high service standards.
• Define and govern global inventory strategies, stock policies, and service level targets across the end‑to‑end supply chain.
• Provide executive oversight through KPI monitoring, scenario planning, and strategic recommendations to support launches, partner integrations, supply resilience, and working capital performance.
• Lead Global planning strategy for new product launches, market expansions, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Regulatory, and Quality teams to ensure launch readiness.
• Support the onboarding of new partners and supply chain integrations.
• Define the roadmap for planning systems, automation, and reporting tools.
• Develop meaningful KPIs and dashboards to improve visibility and decision‑making.
• Champion data quality and planning process excellence across the organization.
• Establish effective collaboration with manufacturing partners and suppliers.
• Drive supply reviews with strategic partners.
• Ensure alignment between planning assumptions and business commitments.
