Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting PLAN processes and testing strategies in a global context.
• Familiarity with ERP, SAP S/4HANA a plus, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive PLAN scoping and testing strategy for EMEA OTC processes.
• Support solution exploration and workshops with stakeholders.
• Review gaps, trade-offs, and escalate cross-functional risks.
• Ensure readiness and compliance via governance and SOPs.
• Coordinate testing cycles (BST, UAT, regression) and issue resolution.
• Organize testing resources, including Key Users and surge capacity.
• Review defects and country-specific exceptions for resolution.
• Support hyper-care, post-go-live adoption, stabilization, and value realization.
• Monitor adoption and address major issues, prioritizing improvements.
