Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Hybrid Quality leader to consolidate Commercial Quality processes across markets and implement the Transcend blueprint. You will help standardize ERP-enabled processes and support the rollout of a single SAP S/4 HANA platform with a focus on global consistency and regulatory alignment.

The role involves collaboration across multiple countries, cross-functional teams, and change management to drive a unified Global Template and ensure compliant, scalable quality

Responsabilités

• Lead the consolidation of Commercial Quality processes and support the Global Template creation.
• Drive standardization and harmonization of Quality activities across markets.
• Act as Change Champion to enable global standardization.
• Develop and steward the Global Template ensuring integrity and alignment.
• Apply global/business reasoning to assess issues and risks and develop mitigations.
• Build and optimize processes aligned with the future-state quality ecosystem architecture.
• Support Business Simulation and User Acceptance Testing as needed.
• Document end-to-end Commercial Quality processes and maintain knowledge content.
• Support training design, compliance documentation, and ongoing process updates.
• Develop standard testing approaches and tools for consistent processes.
