Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
• Extensive experience in Medical Affairs, Patient Services or PSP governance.
• Deep understanding of PSPs, diagnostic services, and patient support models.
• Experience developing or implementing governance frameworks, standards, and risk assessments.
• Experience working across multiple countries and regulatory environments.

Aufgaben

• Establish and evolve enterprise governance standards for Patient Services across markets.
• Define decision criteria and review tools to select governance pathways.
• Partner with leadership to implement compliant local execution of patient support solutions.
• Define lifecycle governance from intake to retirement with clear documentation.
• Translate governance expectations into usable operating materials and templates.
• Coordinate required input from Medical, Compliance, Quality, Regulatory, Privacy, Legal, Digital/DT, Access and Vendor Management.
• Assess new or scaled patient services for appropriate governance pathways and oversight.
• Maintain visibility of emerging patient support models and harmonize where possible.
• Define enterprise expectations for third-party governance and vendor oversight.
• Provide governance advisory support for new PSP models and home-based services.
• Build governance visibility through inventories, repositories, and dashboards.
