Job summary

Holcim in Zug, Switzerland seeks an Operational Technology Engineer to lead design, deployment and governance of ICS/MES, bridging TIS, ICS and ERP. You will ensure data integrity, cyber-resilience and availability across plants, driving automation and digital transformation with OT security focus.

You will develop global standards, roadmaps and PoT projects, mentor OT teams, and collaborate with IT, Maintenance and Process teams while traveling up to 30% internationally.

Qualifications

• Deep OT knowledge for process industry environments.
• Experience with ICS/DCS/SCADA and MES integration.
• Strong data governance and OT cybersecurity understanding.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern ICS/MES deployments across plants.
• Define and maintain OT data interfaces to ERP systems.
• Drive Plant of Tomorrow projects and standardization.
