Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in Operations Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Manufacturing Finance.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluent English; German or French a plus.

Aufgaben

• Partner with COO and Operations leadership to provide financial insights and decision support for manufacturing, procurement, and logistics.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, and KPI reporting for Corporate Operations.
• Own global standard costing, inventory control, and plant performance measurement.
• Drive transparency and performance improvements across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Lead transformation projects, defining KPIs and reporting across SAP, planning, consolidation, and BI systems.
