- Drive strategic transport initiatives for inbound operations and onboarding of logistics service providers.
- Lead inbound delivery performance for a market, ensuring timely, cost-effective flows from factories to warehouses.
- Establish partnerships with LSPs, regional ops, customs, and supply planning to mitigate disruptions.
- Co-lead monthly/quarterly reviews to evaluate KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Standardize global transport requirements across providers and destinations.
- Foster best practice sharing while maintaining local agility.
