Job summary

CSL is seeking a Network Strategy Lead to partner with the Head of Network Strategy in developing CSL’s global manufacturing network strategy. You will translate portfolio growth, demand, and lifecycle needs into capacity, footprint, sourcing, and site plans to enable continuity and growth.

You will work across functions to develop scenarios and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with the 10-year roadmap and enterprise governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or related fields.
• Master or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, operations, or network strategy.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: develop and maintain integrated network strategies aligned with the 10-year roadmap.
• Long Term Capacity Planning: refresh network strategy and align demand with capacity.
• Network Sourcing Evaluations: build data-driven scenarios and present to governance.
• Site Engagement: act as Network Strategy representative for designated sites.
• Site Master Plans: align site plans with long-term capacity and sourcing.
• Network Optimisation: lead asset optimisation and assess performance.
• Capital Expenditure Priority: translate roadmap into prioritised investments.
• Monitor Environment: track risks and mitigation plans.
