Zusammenfassung

Roche/Genentech clinical trials require a Network and Capability Manager to oversee and optimize the distribution network, ensuring timely delivery for >100k shipments yearly. You will partner with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Procurement, QA, and Clinical Operations, as well as external 3PLs and LSPs.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in technical, business or supply chain field or equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as APICS, SCOR, Lean, Six Sigma are a plus.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain, warehouse, transportation and regulatory knowledge.
• GXP experience and clinical supply chain distribution expertise.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and optimize distribution network (>100k shipments/year) to enable timely, reliable and efficient delivery.
• Contribute and execute network and capabilities strategy with internal and external partners.
• Oversee and optimize distribution costs (>CHF 50m/year) and SRM across the network.
• Drive best practices, standardization and process optimization with BCLs and QA.
• Co-create objectives for global network & capabilities; enable self-managed culture.
• Ensure distribution network compliance with GxP and GCP standards.
