Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an MSAT Strategy & Deployment Director to define the platform- based manufacturing strategy for Biotherapeutics. You will translate business priorities into technology roadmaps, drive major capability deployments, and lead cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.

You will partner with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, and External Manufacturing to deliver value and drive lifecycle management across platforms. Case-by-case remote work may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience leading MSAT strategy in manufacturing for biologics preferred.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable technology priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define and own platform-based advanced manufacturing strategy.
• Develop technology roadmaps and governance for Biotherapeutics.
• Lead cost-improvement programs and capability deployment.
• Build partnerships across Manufacturing, R&D, Quality and External Manufacturing.
